Well 2021 appears to be just as confusing as 2020 was… At this point the COVID-19 pandemic has really fouled most of or travel plans to head out west so we have chosen to stick close to home. Let’s see what 2022 brings us.
Hello and thanks for visiting our site. We are a Boomer couple that has been married for 48 years, raised 2 children have 7 grandchildren and 1 great grand child. Now that we are fully retired and empty nesters with our children in Utah, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, it’s time to get the RV back on the road!
Be sure to click on the posts page to see what we are doing to our rig and where we are planning to visit. I really enjoy working on the trailer and the truck. I love to modify things in order for them to accommodate our exact needs and wants. I will be posting those each time I work on them so come back often.
Jim & Trish have been RVers for over 35 years and have always loved the lifestyle. Our home base is in the NW Florida Panhandle and its time to think about escaping our Florida heat for a break. The current plan is to visit Grandfather Mountain Campground for two weeks in September. Cooler days and cool nights are appealing to us right now as we are finishing up the garden and bathroom remodel in the house.
