We have owned every type of camping gear that has been sold in America… We took our Honeymoon in a 1966 MGB equipped with a large tent, cooler, campstove that was all packed in the small trunk, and luggage rack on top of the trunk lid. A two seater sports car with wire wheels, it was British Racing Green. It was awesome!
Today we own a 2004 Excel 5th wheel (by Petersen Industries now out of business) camper that is 38′ with 4 slide out rooms, equipped with a central heat pump, King sized bed, generator, and a stacked washer/dryer unit. It is completely self contained with LP fuel, fresh water holding tank, and holding tanks for grey water and black water. This coach is a very well built coach that is designed for all 4 seasons with the polar pack. We love it!
